Kabonfootprint Anti-Stress Tactics

Peaceful place where you can sit and relax.
People got stressed out from time to time. This is due to different factors such as very exhausting but not rewarding jobs, pressures from partners or peers, job deadlines, overdue or due credits and bills and other problems that inhibits this kind of mental state. This causes people to suffer from mild head ache, a tiring feeling and at the same time very irritable. Occasionally I and kabonfootprint suffer from this kind of feeling specially if I’m too busy dealing with different aspect of my personal and working life.
Things that Kabonfootprint suggest to deal with stress:
1. Play chess. Dealing stress with another stress. That’s my way of erasing it. Diverting my attention to other forms of problem. It releases the stress and make my brain stretched;
2. Talk to someone about the problem. I believe that stress can be released if you’re discussing it with someone that is close to you. Try to open up. Find someone that can be your “sponge” or the “shock absorver”;
3. Don’t drink alcoholic liquor a lot. It will relieve the stress a little bit but it will cause more the next day due to the hang over.
4. Pray. If you can’t think of anything else try to go to a very tranquil place then talk to Him. In this way you will have a time for peace of your mind and heart. Providing a great way of releasing your stress and practicing your faith.
